Wallet deposits

Funds successfully added to an FDS SMM wallet are non-refundable to a bank account, card, mobile wallet or original payment method. Wallet balance does not expire and may be used for available services at any time.

Service refunds

If an eligible order is canceled, fails, or is approved for a refund, the approved amount is credited only to the same customer account wallet. Cash and bank refunds are not provided.

Partial orders

For partially completed orders, only the undelivered portion may be returned to the customer wallet according to the provider status and service terms.
